Checker/Cashier

1. Greet customers upon entry to the store and provide excellent customer service.
2. Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
3. Answer customer questions and provide product information.
4. Ensure customers are aware of any special promotions or discounts.
5. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
6. Handle customer complaints and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
7. Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
8. Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory.
9. Use point of sale (POS) system to process customer transactions.
10. Balance cash register at the end of the shift.
