Job Description

Key member of the corporate budgeting, financial forecasting, and operating plan processes. Prepare summaries and present the monthly and quarterly financials. Provide decision-support to leaders operating against their annual objectives. Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) across departments. Monitor KPI, and identify the cause of any unexpected variances. Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives. Own the Finance dashboards in the business analytics tool (Mode Analytics). Support management team and the Heads of Department with data-driven analysis.

Job Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of related Finance experience

  • Healthcare industry experience is a plus

  • Fundamental working knowledge of US GAAP required.
