Plant Operators are responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of plant process equipment. Monitor/operate equipment and associated systems within standard operating conditions and limits. Assist with startup, shut down, and operation of processes and equipment from a field role. Respond to and appropriately addresses process and equipment upsets. Identify possible or current operating problems and recommend action to resolve any deficiencies in rate, quality or mechanical operation. Safe handling of dry products, nitric acid and liquid fertilizer while loading rail cars and trucks.
