Manager, Diversity and Inclusion

Drives and executes on our 5 year organization-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) strategy and associated plans. Provides expertise and knowledge of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) best practices effectively tailored to the company's needs. Designs and implements processes, analyses and systems to assess current state and performs program evaluations to measure the impact of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) efforts. Engages with internal leaders to ensure programs and processes are culturally competent, inclusive, while reducing barriers to engagement and acceptance Builds strong relationships with business leaders, HR organization and shareowners in order to develop a deep understanding of the organization’s workforce diversity, inclusiveness, and retention opportunities Reviews, analyzes, and assesses the impact of emerging issues and trends, legislation, court decisions, professional literature, and political and grass-roots movements related to Diversity.
