Sales Trainer

Assist with assessment of current sales training programs to develop instructional goals, objectives, and curriculum. Support the development of training content, design, and delivery with subject matter experts to produce instructional materials in accordance with department/program objectives Support and co-lead primary instructor-led training programs at NuVasive: new hire orientation, representative development programs, monthly e-learning assignments and any additional training that becomes necessary as part of a strategic commercialization growth plan. Function as a resource on matters related to needs analysis, design and delivery, assessments, and evaluations Conduct “train the trainer” programs to educate all current/future Mgr, Sales Trainers.
