  1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the fields of AI and data governance.
  2. Provide legal guidance and support to teams across the company on matters related to AI and data governance.
  3. Stay up-to-date on the rapidly evolving legal and regulatory landscape surrounding AI and data governance.
  4. Protect the company's intellectual property and business interests related to AI and data governance.
  5. Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision making and provide recommendations to management.
  6. Draft and review contracts and agreements related to AI and data governance.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, privacy, and security, to ensure alignment and consistency in legal approach.
  8. Develop and deliver training on legal and compliance issues related to AI and data governance.
  9. Proactively identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
  10. Provide support for litigation and other legal proceedings related to AI and data governance.
  11. Represent the company in negotiations and interactions with external parties, including regulators and industry associations.
  12. Maintain and foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  13. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the company's AI and data governance practices and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in AI and data governance.
  15. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in all actions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Practicing Law In The Areas Of Ai And Data Governance.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Pertaining To Ai, Data Privacy, And Data Protection.

  • Experience Advising Companies On Legal Compliance Related To Ai And Data Governance, Including Developing Policies And Procedures.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As Excellent Communication And Negotiation Abilities.
