Strong Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Tech Lead, The Candidate Should Be Able To Lead A Team Of Aiops Engineers And Effectively Manage Projects From Conception To Implementation. This Includes Setting Clear Goals, Delegating Tasks, And Ensuring Timely Delivery.
Proficiency In Programming And Scripting Languages: A Strong Foundation In Programming Languages Such As Python, Java, And Sql Is Essential For The Aiops Tech Lead To Design And Develop Aiops Solutions And Algorithms. Knowledge Of Scripting Languages Like Bash And Perl Is Also Desirable.
