  1. Lead and manage the planning, execution, and monitoring of business transformation programs across the organization.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business transformation opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth and innovation.
  3. Develop and implement program timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on business transformation strategies and provide guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.
  5. Analyze and assess the impact of proposed transformation initiatives on the organization's operations, processes, and culture.
  6. Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program delivery.
  7. Communicate consistently and effectively with all stakeholders, including senior leaders, to provide updates on program progress and address any concerns or challenges.
  8. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change by promoting an agile mindset and encouraging innovative thinking.
  9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of transformation programs and make recommendations for improvements or adjustments as needed.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business transformation and bring new ideas and approaches to the table.
  11. Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and cohesive program management team.
  12. Represent NVIDIA as a thought leader in business transformation through participation in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Project Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In Project Management, With At Least 3 Years In Business Transformation Or Change Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Large-Scale Business Transformation Initiatives Within A Complex Organization.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Such As Agile And Lean Six Sigma.

  • Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills, With The Ability To Influence And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams At All Levels Of The Organization.
