Job Description

In addition, the Compensation Analyst must have a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices.We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; at least two years of experience in a similar role; knowledge of compensation methods and principles; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The successful candidate will be able to quickly learn and understand the NVIDIA compensation structure and will have the ability to apply sound judgment in the analysis and interpretation of data. Responsibilities of the Compensation Analyst:

  1. Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and develop innovative solutions to complex compensation issues.
  2. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  3. Quickly learn and understand NVIDIA’s compensation structure.
  4. Develop and implement sound and compliant compensation programs and policies.
  5. Monitor and analyze compensation programs for effectiveness and compliance.
  6. Make recommendations to management to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of compensation programs.
  7. Coordinate and manage the annual salary review process.
  8. Work with colleagues to ensure compensation programs are communicated effectively.
  9. Prepare and present reports related to compensation and other related projects.
  10. Manage the accuracy of the compensation system and ensure accuracy of data.
