
Data Center Reliability Engineer
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and talented Data Center Reliability Engineer to join our team at NVIDIA. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and maintaining efficient and reliable data center operations. You will also be responsible for ensuring the availability and performance of data center systems.To be successful in this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in Data Center operations. You must also have a strong understanding of Data Center hardware and software systems, as well as experience with power and cooling systems. We are looking for someone with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, and the ability to think outside of the box. Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and maintain efficient and reliable data center operations.
- Ensure availability and performance of data center systems.
- Troubleshoot problems and diagnose issues with data center systems.
- Monitor data center systems performance and provide corrective action when necessary.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing data center operations.
- Install and upgrade data center hardware and software systems.
- Monitor power and cooling systems to ensure proper functioning and optimal efficiency.
- Implement security protocols to protect data center systems and data.
- Research and recommend new technologies and approaches to improve data center operations.
- Utilize strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
