Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Engineering Manager, Perception - Robotics at NVIDIA, who is passionate about tackling one of the most exciting and challenging problems in the robotics and AI space. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with a proven track record of leading engineering teams, designing and building complex system architectures, and delivering complex products on-time and within budget. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of engineering innovation and to help NVIDIA continue to be the leader in artificial intelligence and autonomous systems.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience• 5+ years of experience in an engineering management role• Proven track record of leading engineering teams to design and build complex system architectures• Ability to deliver complex products on-time and within budget• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills• Knowledgeable and experienced in robotics and AI

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of engineers in the robotics and AI space to design and build complex system architectures.
  2. Ensure complex products are delivered on-time and within budget.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  4. Create and implement strategies to drive innovation and excellence in engineering.
  5. Proactively identify potential challenges and develop solutions.
  6. Maintain knowledge of advancements in robotics and AI and ensure that the team is up to date on the latest technologies.
  7. Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and guidance.
  8. Provide technical guidance and support to engineers.
  9. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
  10. Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to make data-driven decisions.
