  5. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, and make recommendations for their implementation within the company.
  6. Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to the IT infrastructure, ensuring it remains secure and up-to-date.
  7. Implement and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure the safety and integrity of company data.
  8. Train and mentor junior team members on IT infrastructure best practices and software engineering techniques.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates on the status of projects and any potential risks or issues.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to IT infrastructure and software engineering.
