  1. Develop and maintain project schedules for new product introduction (NPI) projects.
  2. Oversee and manage all aspects of project timelines, including identifying critical path, dependencies, and potential risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project information and updates, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  4. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and timely manner.
  5. Identify potential roadblocks or delays and proactively work with team members to develop solutions and keep projects on track.
  6. Monitor project resources and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely delivery.
  7. Develop and implement project management best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Ensure compliance with project management standards and procedures.
  10. Provide support and guidance to team members on project management processes and tools.
  11. Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of project components.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and procedures.
  13. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on project deadlines.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  15. Contribute to the development of project budgets and track project expenses.
  16. Mentor and train junior project management team members.
  17. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure effective project execution.
  18. Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines and deliverables.
  19. Drive continuous improvement and efficiency in the NPI process.
  20. Represent the NPI Boards team in cross-functional meetings and provide updates on project progress.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Knowledge Of Project Management Principles And Techniques: As A Master Scheduler, Npi Boards At Nvidia, The Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies Such As Agile, Scrum, And Waterfall. They Should Also Have Experience In Creating And Maintaining Project Schedules, Identifying And Mitigating Risks, And Managing Project Resources Effectively.

  • Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders. They Should Also Be Able To Collaborate With Team Members To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Projects And Align With Company Goals.

  • Experience In New Product Introduction (Npi): As The Master Scheduler, Npi Boards At Nvidia, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Npi Processes, Including Dfm (Design For Manufacturing) And Dft (Design For Test). They Should Also Have Experience In Coordinating With Engineering, Supply Chain, And Manufacturing Teams To Ensure Successful Npi.

  • Proficient In Project Management Tools And Software: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Proficiency In Project Management Tools And Software Such As Microsoft Project, Jira, And Smartsheet. They Should Also Have Experience In Creating And Maintaining Project Schedules, Tracking Progress, And Providing Regular Updates To Stakeholders.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Master Scheduler, Npi Boards At Nvidia, The Candidate Should Have A Strong Analytical Mindset And Be Able To Identify And Solve Problems Quickly And Effectively. They Should Also Have Experience In Data Analysis, Forecasting, And Making Data-Driven Decisions To Ensure Project Success.
