Job Description

NVIDIA is looking for a high-performing NPI Program Manager - Operations to join our Operations team. We are looking for an experienced, results-driven professional who can manage the day-to-day functions of our NPI programs. The successful candidate will be an organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects on time and within budget.To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience managing NPI programs, as well as a proven track record of success in program management. A deep understanding of the process, requirements, and objectives of NPI programs is essential. We are also looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who can work with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and objectives.If you have a passion for program management and the drive to succeed, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day functions of NPI programs, ensuring projects are carried out on time and within budget.
  2. Develop and maintain program plans, including schedules, resource requirements, and milestones.
  3. Identify and address any potential issues or risks that may affect the successful completion of the program.
  4. Track progress of program activities and report on key performance indicators.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and support, to ensure all project goals and objectives are met.
  6. Develop and implement best practices for program management.
  7. Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in NPI program management.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any program-related issues.
  9. Participate in team meetings to provide updates and ensure team alignment.
  10. Communicate program progress and results to stakeholders.
