Patent Agent - Legal

Our legal team in Santa Clara is looking for a Patent Agent who will help support and drive the development of NVIDIA's patent portfolio. Assuring that NVIDIA is protecting its technology investments by actively participating in the process of obtaining patent protection for NVIDIA innovations. This is accomplished through advice and counsel to Business Unit clients on patent filing and acquisition, invention identification and harvesting, invention disclosure submissions, and prosecution of applications. Working collaboratively with the patent team to insure we are filing and prosecuting patent applications that result in patents of high quality and value. Instructing and directing Outside Counsel to insure compliance with NVIDIA guidelines. Drive development and deployment of patent team policies, practices and tools.
