Job Description

At NVIDIA, we are looking for a Public Policy Officer to join our team and help us shape our government relations strategy. We are looking for an experienced professional who embodies our core values and is passionate about making a positive impact on public policy.The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in public policy, political science, or a related field, as well as 5+ years of experience in public policy. They must have a deep understanding of the policymaking process, both at the state and federal levels, and have excellent communication and research skills. They should be familiar with government regulations that affect the tech industry, and have experience working with government officials and stakeholders.The successful candidate will have a positive attitude and be able to work independently and collaboratively. They should be able to think strategically and be able to develop creative solutions to complex policy issues. They should also have an understanding of advocacy and the ability to manage stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive government relations strategy for NVIDIA
  2. Monitor and analyze government regulations and policy developments that affect the tech industry
  3. Establish and manage relationships with key government officials and stakeholders
  4. Provide strategic advice and guidance on public policy matters
  5. Develop creative solutions to complex policy issues
  6. Provide research and analysis on policy issues and trends
  7. Prepare and deliver policy presentations and communications
  8. Represent NVIDIA at industry events and meetings
  9. Manage advocacy and stakeholder engagement activities
  10. Monitor political activities and media coverage related to public policy
