Job Description

At NVIDIA, we are looking for a Senior IT Business System Analyst who will be a key member of our IT team and provide a critical link between the business and technology groups. The ideal candidate should be a problem solver and creative thinker with strong technical and communication skills.Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience in IT Business System Analysis, Software Development, and/or Business Process Reengineering• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, process mapping, data analysis, and process improvement• Strong technical understanding of IT systems and applications, including experience with ERP systems• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical end-users and stakeholders• A collaborative approach to working with internal and external customers• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field• Experience leading projects and providing technical direction to other team members

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business and technical requirements to identify and document system and application requirements.
  2. Develop and maintain process maps for IT systems and applications.
  3. Analyze data to identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations.
  4. Develop and maintain technical documentation for IT systems and applications.
  5. Provide technical direction to other team members and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  6. Conduct user acceptance testing for IT systems and applications.
  7. Monitor and resolve technical issues related to IT systems and applications.
  8. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical end-users and stakeholders.
  9. Lead and participate in project meetings and present status updates to stakeholders.
  10. Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure successful delivery of IT projects.
