Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join the Data Center Electrical R&D team at NVIDIA. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and managing the team’s strategy, roadmap, and technical efforts in collaboration with various cross-functional stakeholders.To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in data center electrical engineering and R&D with at least 10 years of experience. You should have a proven track record of leading successful projects from conception to delivery, and be able to think strategically to identify and prioritize the most important projects.We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who is able to collaborate effectively across teams and functions. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage the team’s strategy, roadmap, and technical efforts in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  2. Lead successful projects from conception to delivery.
  3. Identify and prioritize the most important projects.
  4. Collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
  5. Think strategically and creatively to solve problems.
  6. Remain up-to-date on the latest developments in data center electrical engineering and R&D.
  7. Monitor and review project progress and results.
  8. Maintain open communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
  9. Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  10. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
