
Senior Manager, Global Contingent Workforce
At NVIDIA, we are looking for a Senior Manager, Global Contingent Workforce who is highly motivated, organized, and passionate about building a world-class contingent workforce program. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of the global contingent workforce landscape, experience in developing and implementing strategies for optimizing the use of contingent labor, and exceptional communication and collaboration skills. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving strategic decisions and initiatives to ensure a compliant, cost-effective, and efficient contingent workforce program. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of strategies for optimizing the use of contingent labor globally.
- Research and analyze global contingent workforce landscape and recommend best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to ensure a compliant, cost-effective, and efficient contingent workforce program.
- Analyze and report on program performance metrics.
- Establish and maintain policies and procedures related to contingent workforce management.
- Develop and manage program budgets.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Track and monitor industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations on improvements to the contingent workforce program.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
