Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Software Engineer to join the NVIDIA team in creating the world's most advanced graphics processing units (GPUs). In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality and usability by developing test plans, running tests, and reporting results. You will be expected to work closely with engineering teams to ensure that the products they create are of the highest quality and are tested thoroughly.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, plus at least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance. You should also have a strong understanding of software engineering principles and be familiar with test automation tools. Additionally, you must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be self-motivated to work independently or within a team setting.If you are passionate about quality assurance and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to join a world-leading technology company.

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing test plans and performing tests on software products developed by engineering teams
  2. Reporting results of tests and providing feedback to engineering teams
  3. Working closely with engineering teams to ensure that products meet the highest quality standards
  4. Utilizing test automation tools to streamline testing processes
  5. Investigating and resolving software issues
  6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and standards
  7. Collaborating with other QA Software Engineers to share best practices and develop test strategies
  8. Documenting test results and creating comprehensive reports for management review
  9. Monitoring software performance and troubleshooting issues
  10. Identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for more efficient processes
