  1. Ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition for global operations.
  2. Utilize strong technical knowledge to interpret and apply relevant accounting standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and data for revenue recognition.
  4. Review and analyze contracts to determine proper revenue recognition treatment.
  5. Prepare and maintain revenue schedules and related documentation.
  6. Monitor and reconcile revenue-related accounts.
  7. Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards and effectively communicate any impact to revenue recognition processes.
  8. Support the month-end close process by providing revenue-related journal entries and reconciliations.
  9. Assist with internal and external audits related to revenue recognition.
  10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement necessary changes.
  11. Communicate with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure proper revenue recognition and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on revenue recognition processes and procedures.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting regulations.
  14. Proactively identify potential risks and work to mitigate them.
  15. Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Revenue Accounting, Preferably In The Technology Industry

  • Cpa Certification Or Equivalent Preferred

  • Strong Understanding Of Us Gaap And Revenue Recognition Principles

  • Experience With Complex Revenue Recognition Scenarios, Such As Multiple Element Arrangements And Software Subscriptions.
