Job Description

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at NVIDIA. As the Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of NVIDIA’s cloud-based systems. You’ll bring a passion for automation and problem solving, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in easy-to-understand terms.To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in systems engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer role. You must have a deep understanding of cloud-native technologies, infrastructure automation tools, and DevOps principles. You’ll also need to be familiar with containers, Kubernetes and microservices. Finally, you should be able to combine technical expertise with strong collaboration skills to identify and solve complex problems.If you’re a talented engineer who’s looking for a challenging and rewarding role, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the reliability, performance, scalability, and security of NVIDIA’s cloud-based systems
  • Automate system processes for efficient operations
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex problems
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve system reliability, scalability, and security
  • Research and implement new technologies to improve system performance
  • Monitor system health and performance
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration and operations
  • Review system designs to identify potential issues before they occur
  • Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Collaborate with architects to design and implement architectures that meet business objectives and requirements
