Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SRAM Design Enablement Engineer with a passion for technology and a drive to push the boundaries of what’s possible.NVIDIA is a global leader in visual computing and is looking for someone to join our team of innovators who are developing the latest in SRAM designs.The Senior SRAM Design Enablement Engineer will be responsible for developing and delivering new SRAM design enablement methodologies, including developing design flows, scripts, models, and methodology for the development of high performance SRAMs. This individual will also create and maintain a design library and a design methodology for various SRAM and other memories.To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in SRAM design. You must have a proven understanding of memory design and a good working knowledge of memory design methodologies. You must also have experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TCL. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver SRAM design enablement methodologies, including design flows, scripts, models, and methodology for the development of high performance SRAMs.
  2. Create and maintain a design library and a design methodology for various SRAM and other memories.
  3. Develop and implement scripts, models, and design flows for SRAM and other memory designs.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure memory design flows are optimized for performance.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug memory design issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies related to SRAM design.
  7. Write technical documentation to support design methodologies.
  8. Provide technical support to internal and external customers.
