  1. Conduct structural testing on new and existing products to ensure quality and reliability standards are met.
  2. Develop and execute test plans and procedures, including designing and building test fixtures.
  3. Analyze test data and provide detailed reports to the engineering team.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot any issues found during testing.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in structural testing methods and technologies.
  6. Lead and mentor junior engineers in the testing process.
  7. Participate in design reviews and provide input on product design for better testability.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
  9. Identify areas for improvement in the testing process and propose solutions.
  10. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of required test equipment and components.
  11. Work closely with the manufacturing team to implement testing processes in production.
  12. Maintain accurate documentation of test procedures, results, and equipment calibration.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve test methods to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as design and reliability, to ensure a thorough understanding of product requirements and specifications.
  15. Represent the company in technical discussions and presentations to clients and industry partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Structural Testing And Analysis, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Automotive Industries.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Structural Testing Methods And Techniques, Including Static, Dynamic, And Fatigue Testing.

  • Proficient In Using Advanced Engineering Software Tools Such As Ansys, Abaqus, And Matlab.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Structural Issues.
