Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Thermal Design And Manufacturing In The Semiconductor Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Thermal Simulation Tools Such As Ansys, Flotherm, And Icepak
Experience With Designing And Optimizing Thermal Solutions For High-Performance Computing Systems
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
