  3. Conduct thorough testing and analysis to validate thermal designs and identify potential improvements.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of thermal engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure high quality and timely delivery of projects.

  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in thermal engineering to continuously improve and innovate our products.
  7. Work closely with suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective thermal components are used in our products.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any thermal issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
  9. Collaborate with other teams, such as hardware and software engineering, to ensure thermal requirements are met and integrated seamlessly into product design.
  10. Communicate and present thermal design strategies, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Thermal Design And Manufacturing In The Semiconductor Industry

  • Strong Knowledge Of Thermal Simulation Tools Such As Ansys, Flotherm, And Icepak

  • Experience With Designing And Optimizing Thermal Solutions For High-Performance Computing Systems

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
