Job Description

Maintain and ensure integrity of the equity database including the process and reconciliation of grants, exercises, new hire, terminations/cancellations, and audits. Coordinate ESPP enrollment and election changes for the global population, collaborating with HR & Finance partners on a regular basis. Partner in New Hire Orientations, Office Hour participation and response to and resolution of simple to complex equity program questions. Serve as liaison with external plan administrator, brokerage firms, and employees. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for Payroll, HR, Financial Reporting, Legal, Tax, and Accounting including SOX 404 documentation. Provide support for other departmental activities or special projects as needed including international tax and securities research and compliance.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Stock Administration and/or Accounting.

  • Commitment and dedication to provide excellent customer service.

  • Finance/Accounting degree or CEP (level1 or above) preferred or equivalent work experience.
