Bench Validation Engineer

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field with strong experience in validation and debugging of embedded systems.The Bench Validation Engineer will be responsible for the design, development and verification of embedded systems and associated hardware. This position requires excellent technical and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, have excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and verify embedded systems and associated hardware.
2. Develop test plans, analyze test results, and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
3. Provide technical support and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
4. Monitor and report on project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
5. Document and maintain technical specifications, test plans, and design documents.
6. Analyze complex engineering problems and develop creative solutions.
7. Advocate and support continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Act as a mentor to other engineers in the department.
