  1. Maintain and optimize complex systems and equipment in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  2. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment to ensure efficient operation and prevent downtime.
  3. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instrumentation and controls systems.
  4. Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure the longevity of equipment and minimize downtime.
  5. Collaborate with other technicians and departments to address and resolve technical issues.
  6. Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment logs.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance and repair activities.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  9. Stay updated on new technologies and industry trends related to instrumentation and controls.
  10. Train and mentor new technicians on best practices and procedures.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance activities and any potential issues.
  12. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors as needed for equipment repairs and installations.
  13. Work in accordance with company values and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Operations And Maintenance, Preferably In A Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment

  • Strong Understanding Of Electrical And Electronic Systems, Including Troubleshooting And Repair Of Complex Control Systems

  • Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Related To Instrumentation And Controls, Such As Nfpa, Nec, And Osha

  • Experience With Programming And Configuring Plcs, Scada Systems, And Other Control Software Used In Facility Operations
