Technical NPI Program Manager

- Lead and manage the entire NPI program for new products, from conception to launch.
- Drive the successful integration of new products into production processes.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of all NPI project tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to ensure alignment and delivery of project goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the NPI process.
- Communicate project progress, updates, and results to stakeholders.
- Evaluate and optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of NPI projects.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
- Continuously monitor and track project performance and make necessary adjustments to meet project objectives.
- Lead and facilitate project meetings and discussions.
- Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the NPI process.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to inform NPI strategies.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their technical and project management skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Semiconductor Industry.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of The Npi (New Product Introduction) Process.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.
