  • Experience In Assembly: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Assembling Products, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Assembly Techniques, Tools, And Equipment.

  • Attention To Detail: Assemblers At Oakley Must Have Keen Attention To Detail To Ensure That Products Are Assembled Accurately And According To Specifications. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Resolve Any Issues Or Defects During The Assembly Process.
