The responsibilities for this job description may include:

Job Qualifications

  • Experience In Assembly: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience In Assembling Products, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Production Setting. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Assembly Techniques, Tools, And Equipment.

  • Attention To Detail: Assemblers At Oakley Must Have Keen Attention To Detail To Ensure That Products Are Assembled Accurately And According To Specifications. This Includes The Ability To Identify And Resolve Any Issues Or Defects During The Assembly Process.

  • Physical Dexterity: Assembling Products Often Requires Working With Small Parts And Using Hand And Power Tools. Candidates Should Have Good Hand-Eye Coordination, Fine Motor Skills, And The Ability To Stand For Long Periods Of Time.

  • Time-Management Skills: Assemblers Must Be Able To Work Efficiently And Meet Production Targets Within Specific Timeframes. This Requires Excellent Time-Management Skills And The Ability To Prioritize Tasks Effectively.
