We’re looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Sr. Business Systems Analyst to join our Oakley team. As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and developing business systems and processes that support organizational objectives and strategies. You must have the ability to think critically and analytically, with a strong focus on problem solving and system optimization.The successful candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the software development life cycle, business analysis techniques, and project management methodology. You should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, evaluate, and maintain business systems and processes that support organizational objectives and strategies.
  2. Analyze and optimize existing business systems and processes.
  3. Identify areas of improvement and risks associated with current systems and processes.
  4. Utilize software development life cycle, business analysis techniques, and project management methodology to assess and manage projects.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address their needs.
  6. Create process flows, business requirements documents, and technical specifications.
  7. Develop test plans to ensure the quality of system implementations.
  8. Monitor and report on project progress and budget.
  9. Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
  10. Keep up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends.
