Job Description

As an HR Intern you will assist with recruitment activities including advertising positions, creating job folders and auditing closed job files. Assist with candidate screening and updating candidate status on Applicant Tracking System. Assist in Coach Operator recruiting process including verifying background investigations, ensuring candidates have completed the entire recruiting process and assisting in the on-boarding/hiring process.

Job Qualifications

  • Currently a full-time college student, Junior, Senior or Graduate, attending a four-year university or college, with an emphasis in Human Resources

  • Must be a full-time student maintaining a 2.5 GPA
