Job Description

Oheb Shalom Congregation is eager to engage a our kindergarten - 7th grade students in music education around Jewish themes. We are a progressive and egalitarian Conservative Jewish community looking for an energetic and eager person to inspire the next generation of Jewish life. Engage groups of Jewish students in a music special approximately 1.5 - 3 hours each Sunday during the school year around Jewish themes Build relationships with students and teachers in order to build a strong kehillah

Oheb Shalom is a Conservative synagogue in South Orange, New Jersey. The congregation was founded in 1860 by a group of Bohemian Jews. Its 1884 Moorish Revival building, known as Prince Street Synagogue, in Newark, New Jersey is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
