
Customer Support Executive
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Support Executive to join the team at OLA. As the Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by promptly responding to their queries and helping them to solve any technical issues they might face.To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous customer service experience is essential, along with a good understanding of the online environment and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about providing great customer service, always puts the customer first, and is eager to grow their career with us. Responsibilities:
