We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Support Executive to join the team at OLA. As the Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients by promptly responding to their queries and helping them to solve any technical issues they might face.To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous customer service experience is essential, along with a good understanding of the online environment and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about providing great customer service, always puts the customer first, and is eager to grow their career with us. Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Update customer information in databases.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the relevant departments.
  5. Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional assistance.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  7. Remain up-to-date with new products and features.
  8. Monitor customer service metrics and report results to management.
  9. Identify areas of improvement and suggest strategies for improvement.
  10. Provide guidance and training to junior customer service representatives.
