Driver Partner

We’re looking for an experienced Driver Partner to join our team at OLA and help us provide the best ride experience for our customers. As a Driver Partner, you’ll be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations while providing excellent customer service.To be successful in this role, you should have strong driving skills, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. You should also be friendly, reliable, and punctual. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to stay calm in stressful situations.If you’re a motivated professional with experience in transporting passengers and providing exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

1. Operate vehicles safely and efficiently in accordance with OLA’s safety standards and regulations.
2. Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, including greeting passengers, assisting with luggage, and answering any questions.
3. Follow all routes and time schedules, ensuring passengers reach their destinations on time.
4. Follow all traffic laws and speed limits.
5. Inspect the vehicle before and after trips, and maintain the vehicle in good condition.
6. Communicate with dispatch to receive trip requests and passenger information.
7. Manage and resolve customer complaints or disputes.
8. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
9. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
10. Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations.
