Responsibilities of an Assistant Manager:

  1. Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of employees.
  2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and employees.
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide friendly and courteous customer service.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
  5. Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
  6. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  7. Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation.
  8. Manage inventory and stock levels.
  9. Maintain employee records and ensure all payroll and personnel documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  10. Oversee the preparation and execution of daily operations.
