Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the Olive Garden family. You will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing staff, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all our guests. The ideal candidate has a passion for food and the hospitality industry, with a commitment to providing outstanding service and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. To be successful in this role, you must have proven restaurant management experience and a customer-oriented approach. You should be a collaborative leader with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. An understanding of food safety standards and financial management is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage and develop staff to ensure excellent service is provided
  • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Establish and implement operational procedures and standards
  • Monitor financial performance and optimize profitability
  • Schedule staff shifts and ensure coverage for peak times
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries
  • Create promotional activities and manage marketing strategies
