Working in a highly collaborative team environment, the Associate & Engagement Manager will build relationships with clients and provide valuable insights to help drive positive change.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in economics, public policy, or a related field, and a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in public sector consulting and/or management. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build relationships with clients, and the ability to provide valuable insights to drive positive change. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret data to provide valuable insights to clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Provide strategic guidance and consultation to clients on public sector initiatives
- Utilize strong project management skills to ensure successful completion of projects
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to deliver high-quality results
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
