Job Description

Inspire & lead your team to act with the appropriate level of urgency, to hold themselves accountable, and to build and create a culture oriented toward superior execution- with speed and precision- in the service of our customers. The first point of contact for customer problem solving and escalations - Dive into the weeds with your team on a daily basis, removing blockers, handling escalations, and communicating up and across as appropriate. Monitor daily/weekly/monthly key metrics- both inputs and outputs. Weigh decisions and work closely with other team managers to improve processes with consideration for both the customer experience and our bottom line. Prioritize coaching, mentorship, and performance management opportunities. Identify and shine a light on operational seams negatively impacting customer experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 months tenure or prior management experience

  • 2+ years of management experience or team lead experience
