Job Description

OpenTable is looking for a District Manager who has a strategic mindset and a desire to lead people and operations. As a District Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a team of talented professionals in a fast-paced environment. The District Manager will be responsible for ensuring the operational success of OpenTable's restaurant partners within their assigned district.We’re looking for someone who is an experienced leader with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, and who is also passionate about OpenTable’s mission. If you have a strong customer service background and a dedication to excellence, this could be the perfect role for you.Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in operations management, restaurant/hospitality management, or a related field • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams with a focus on results • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans • Excellent customer service skills • Strong financial and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to travel as needed

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute operational strategies for OpenTable’s restaurant partners within the assigned district.
  2. Lead and motivate teams to ensure operational excellence and achieve desired results.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to restaurant partners in order to ensure satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure operational effectiveness.
  5. Create and manage budgets and financial forecasts.
  6. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the district.
  7. Monitor compliance with regulations and standards.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with restaurant partners.
  9. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage reports and presentations.
  10. Travel as needed to visit restaurant partners and ensure their success.
