  4. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation.
  5. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Oracle's solutions in the market.
  7. Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  9. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to promote Oracle's solutions and generate leads.
  10. Maintain a high level of product knowledge and expertise to effectively communicate the value of Oracle's solutions to clients.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all sales-related administrative tasks.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales processes and increase efficiency.
  14. Travel to meet with clients and attend company events as required.
  15. Represent Oracle with professionalism and integrity at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Sales Experience: A Successful Candidate For The Application Sales Manager Role At Oracle Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets. This Includes Both Direct And Indirect Sales Experience, As Well As Experience In Selling Enterprise Software Solutions.

  • Knowledge Of Oracle Products: Oracle Offers A Wide Range Of Products And Services, And The Application Sales Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of These Offerings.   • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Key Representative Of Oracle, The Application Sales Manager Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal. They Should Be Able To Effectively Present And Pitch Oracle's Solutions To Potential Clients, As Well As Build Strong Relationships With Existing Customers.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Application Sales Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals.
