  1. Lead the design and development of user experience solutions for Oracle's products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centered designs.
  3. Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions and validate design solutions.
  4. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
  5. Develop user personas, user flows, and design specifications to guide the development process.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously improve the user experience design process at Oracle.
  7. Advocate for the user and prioritize user needs and goals in the design process.
  8. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and gather feedback for iteration.
  9. Mentor and guide junior designers to develop their skills and grow in their careers.
  10. Take ownership of projects and drive them from conception to launch, ensuring high-quality design deliverables.
  11. Collaborate with product management to define the product roadmap and ensure that user experience goals are aligned with business objectives.
  12. Play a key role in shaping the overall user experience strategy at Oracle.
  13. Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
  14. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
  15. Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and UX guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, With A Focus On Enterprise Software Or Applications.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Of Ux Designers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Ux Research Methodologies, Usability Testing, And Data-Driven Decision Making.

  • Strong Design Portfolio Showcasing A Variety Of Complex Projects, Including Wireframes, User Flows, And High-Fidelity Mockups.
