  3. Negotiate contracts with software vendors to ensure favorable terms and pricing for Oracle.
  4. Monitor market trends and stay updated on new software products and pricing models.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their software requirements and make recommendations for procurement.
  6. Maintain relationships with software vendors and negotiate discounts or special pricing for Oracle.
  7. Conduct cost analysis and make data-driven decisions to optimize procurement processes.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during the procurement process.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on procurement activities.
  10. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce software procurement costs.
  11. Monitor and manage software license usage and compliance.
  12. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements related to software procurement.
  13. Work with legal and finance teams to review and approve software contracts.
  14. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new software products.
  15. Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and cost savings to senior management.
