  1. Develop and implement strategies to foster a positive work culture and maintain strong employee relations within the organization.
  2. Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees in handling employee relations issues.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs on employee relations topics to promote understanding and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  5. Partner with HR Business Partners to proactively identify and address potential employee relations issues.
  6. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations and ensure company policies and practices are in compliance.
  7. Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
  8. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and provide guidance on employee relations matters.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve and enhance the employee experience.
  11. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  12. Represent the company in a positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  13. Mentor and coach junior HR team members on best practices in employee relations.
  14. Participate in and lead special projects and initiatives related to employee relations and HR.
  15. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to employee relations matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Employee Relations: A Sr Hr Consultant At Oracle Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Handling Complex Employee Relations Issues, Including Disciplinary Actions, Investigations, And Conflict Resolution.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess In-Depth Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Employment Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Fmla, Ada, Eeo, And Flsa.

  • Proven Track Record In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies: The Candidate Should Have A Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Hr Policies And Procedures That Align With The Company's Goals And Values.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Sr Hr Consultant, The Candidate Will Be Required To Communicate With Employees At All Levels Within The Organization. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Build Relationships, Are Essential.

  • Strategic Mindset And Problem-Solving Skills: The Candidate Should Possess A Strategic Mindset And Be Able To Think Creatively To Identify And Address Complex Employee Relations Issues. Strong Problem-Solving Skills Are Crucial In This Role To Effectively Navigate Through Challenging Situations.
