Human Resources Analyst

The County of Orange is seeking competent HR professionals for the position of Human Resources Analyst. Build effective partnerships with internal and external customers. Understand and meet the needs of stakeholders, Provide valuable and effective advice and consultation to organizational leaders. Investigating EEO related complaints; providing guidance and consultation on EEO related issues to agencies/departments; acting as a liaison for the County and responding to complaints from state/federal compliance agencies.
