Job Description

Manages training content within the LMS. Analyzes training needs to develop new training programs or modifies and improves existing programs. Plans, develops, and provides training and colleague development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of various training methods (ex: instructor-led, on-the-job, workshops, etc.). Develops testing and evaluation procedures. Partners with market teams to develop and deploy internal certification programs. Coordinates leadership and management training. Collaborates with Human Resources to offer onboarding for new hires. Liaises with LMS vendor to pursue enhancements and resolve technical issues within the system. Audits and monitors data integrity within the LMS. Generates reports as requested and anticipated. Collects and analyzes colleague feedback and follow-up where appropriate to ensure satisfaction with the LMS and training programs.

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in training and learning design and development.

  • Experience with e-learning concepts and tools.

  • Knowledge and experience with LMS and third-party teaching and learning tools.

  • Ability to analyze information, document conclusions, and develop recommendations.

  • Risk and insurance industry experience a plus.
