  1. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administrative staff.
  2. Develop and implement efficient processes to ensure smooth functioning of the administrative department.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the administrative staff, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  4. Ensure that all administrative tasks and responsibilities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  5. Serve as a point of contact for any administrative issues or concerns, and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Collaborate with other departments and team members to promote a positive and cohesive work environment.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including patients, vendors, and other healthcare professionals.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in administrative operations to continuously improve processes and procedures.
  9. Train and onboard new administrative staff, providing them with the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  10. Adhere to all organizational policies and regulations, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
  11. Act as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
  12. Collaborate with other supervisors and managers to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures.
  13. Keep track of and report on key performance indicators and other relevant metrics to assess the effectiveness of administrative operations.
  14. Participate in recruitment and selection processes for new administrative staff.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and growth opportunities for all staff members.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Or Management Role Within A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team Effectively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Staff, Patients, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance, As Well As Experience With Budgeting And Financial Management.
