  1. Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to patients in an ambulatory setting.
  2. Conduct patient triage and assess their medical needs over the phone or in person.
  3. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure efficient and high-quality care.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  6. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  7. Educate patients on their medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
  8. Monitor and report changes in patient's condition to the appropriate healthcare provider.
  9. Follow all safety and infection control protocols.
  10. Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain and improve nursing skills.
  11. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement protocols and procedures.
  13. Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License In The State Of Florida

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Ambulatory Care Or Triage Nursing
