  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain and logistics operations for Orlando Health.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain processes and reduce costs.
  3. Collaborate with various departments and vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of supplies and equipment.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and work to maintain appropriate levels to meet the needs of patients and staff.
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
  6. Implement and maintain efficient tracking systems to monitor supply usage and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to supply chain operations.
  8. Manage a team of supply chain professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
  9. Analyze data and make data-driven decisions to continually improve supply chain processes and reduce costs.
  10. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continually enhance operations.
  12. Collaborate with other healthcare organizations to share best practices and improve overall supply chain performance.
  13. Develop and maintain budgets for supply chain operations and monitor expenses to ensure financial goals are met.
  14. Communicate and report on supply chain performance to senior leadership and provide recommendations for improvement.
  15. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among supply chain staff and other departments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Logistics And Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Logistics And Supply Chain Professionals.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management Principles, Including Inventory Management, Cost Control, And Process Improvement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
