  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve quality outcomes across all departments and facilities within the organization.
  2. Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and track progress towards quality goals.
  3. Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of quality improvement professionals to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations.
  6. Communicate and collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies, to maintain a strong reputation for quality care.
  7. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, processes, and best practices to enhance quality outcomes.
  8. Facilitate regular training and education programs to promote a culture of quality and safety among staff.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support quality initiatives.
  10. Prepare and present reports on quality outcomes to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  11. Oversee quality audits and investigations to identify and address any areas of concern.
  12. Monitor budget and resource allocation for quality improvement initiatives.
  13. Identify and address barriers to quality improvement, such as workflow inefficiencies or resource constraints.
  14. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in quality outcomes management.
  15. Act as a liaison between quality improvement teams and other departments to ensure collaboration and alignment of goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Management And Performance Improvement In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Improvement Methodologies, Such As Lean Six Sigma And Root Cause Analysis.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Departments And Stakeholders.

  • Understanding Of Healthcare Regulations And Accreditation Standards, Such As Cms And The Joint Commission.
